Design Services
Cypress is home to the best specialty packaging designers in the
country. We take your product/ideas and turn
them into a final retail package. Cypress
is capable of producing any style POP/POS display, folding carton, or
Litho-Laminated corrugated box. We have
exceptionally quick turnaround for samples. These will be custom made to fit
your product and will be the exact size that we will produce. We also have an advanced CAD system and will
supply our customers with CAD drawings for all of our products. After you have approved our sample design, we
will build a digitally printed 3D proof of your package. This will allow you to see exactly how the
package looks and fits your product.
Die-Cutting
We build our dies in house which allows us to make virtually any
style of packaging possible. This also gives
us the fastest turnaround possible because we can build your die and have it
running on a die-cutter the same day. Our production Facility is home to 4 high
speed Die-Cutters, giving us the ability to provide services for any size
order.
Printing
Our printing is done in-house by multiple 28”x40” multi-color
offset printing presses. Many different
coatings and varnishes are available to give your package the feel you
want. We also provide digital printing
for extremely short runs and prototypes.
High-Speed Gluing
and Finishing
Cypress is equipped with three high speed gluers, giving us the
ability to run multiple large orders at once.
We also offer hand-gluing for custom jobs that are not able to run on
machines.
Custom Lamination
Cypress offers custom lamination for a variety of materials. Litho-Lamination is very popular for someone who
wants the printing quality of a folding carton and the strength of a corrugated
box. We also laminate a number of foams and
other materials to match your individual needs.
JIT Delivery
With a large warehouse we can offer JIT delivery. We allow you to order large quantities at a lower
price and will deliver partials on a schedule. We make schedules and reorder quantities
available at your convenience.
Fulfillment
We now offer fulfillment of your product. You send us your product, we will pack it
in our freshly made package, and have them cased up and ready to go to your
distribution center. With this option,
your product will arrive here and leave ready to go into the stores.
